Mail From Administrative Law Judge Aka Hearing Judge? - social security disability guidelines
I received a letter from the Office of Disability Adjudication and Review of social security on my case, the income of the consultation.
The judge made the decision "very favorable" and he gave me 60 days to apply to the transfer of a resource's lawyer, but said he could not ask to verify. After 60 days, said the decision is final and without the right to seek review in accordance with specific rules.
Hopefully, I have no problem appealing to the lawyer. Then I could be fucked by them, even if I disagree with the decision of the judge.
It seems I see a paid representatives have mentioned, maybe I should do something later?
In the letter, which mentioned that I did not follow guidelines of Social Security SGA - Substantial profits from the activity and the severity of my autism - Asperger's Syndrome
The judge noted that there is little emphasis on the assessment of the Mental State Examination of the hearing, but a great weight on the objective assessment. Hmmm ... Ok.
He said they have a disability since birth, but the demand for disability is the 20th September '06. I know that now.
What do you think?
Name the lawyer could decide for me?
